1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or region, and that the information you provide (such as shipping and payment details) is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Please contact us immediately at pawsupport@joypawbox.com if you suspect unauthorized access.


2. OUR PRODUCTS & BOXES

JoyPawBox offers curated blind boxes and pet-themed accessories. Every box is designed to bring fun surprises — however, product colors, designs, or packaging may vary slightly from photos due to display differences.

We may adjust or replace products within a box to ensure product availability and quality. Prices, designs, and product availability may change at any time without notice.


3. ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you place an order or subscription, you’re making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and we send an email confirmation.

Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, etc.) can be managed or cancelled at any time before your next billing date. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

JoyPawBox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or supply limitations).


4. PRICES & BILLING

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise noted. Taxes, shipping, or import duties (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and updated payment information. We process payments securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across North America and selected international regions. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier. JoyPawBox is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Please double-check your address — incorrect addresses may cause delays or lost packages.


6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want every JoyPawBox to make you (and your pet) smile.
If something isn’t right, please contact joypawbox.official@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We don’t accept returns on personalized or limited-edition boxes, sale items, or gift cards.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, text, videos, and trademarks on this site belong to JoyPawBox or our content partners. Please do not use or reproduce them without written permission.

We’re not responsible for their content or operations, so please review their terms before using those tools.


9. SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP

JoyPawBox is powered by Shopify, but purchases and transactions are directly between you and JoyPawBox. Shopify is not responsible for order issues, damages, or disputes.

By submitting photos, reviews, or feedback, you grant us permission to share or display them on our website or social media — always respectfully and with attribution where possible.
