Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your order, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at joypawbox.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at joypawbox.official@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue by replacing or refunding the affected items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
