1. How long will ittake to receive my order?

Our total delivery time is typically 11-20
business days
. This includes a processing time of 3-5 business days and
an estimated shipping time of 8-15 business days. You will receive
a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its
way!

2.Where do you ship from?

To provide you with the most unique pet gear at
competitive prices, we ship directly from our international fulfillment
center
. This allows us to cut out unnecessary middleman costs and pass
those savings directly to you and your furry friends.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send
you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for
the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your

in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo of the

We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible
