Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Please contact us at joypawbox.official@gmail.com to start a return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
